What we build, fix, and finish

From a single storefront door to a full tenant improvement, one crew handles the framing, exterior, openings, and finish.

Commercial

Build-outs & Tenant Improvements

Retail, office, and light-industrial interiors — demising walls, ceilings, doors, finishes — built to the landlord's schedule and the city's inspector.

Storm damage, rotted framing, failed siding, dock and door repairs. We fix the cause, not just the symptom, and get you back to operating.

Two kinds of client

Commercial by day. Residential on the same standard.

Most of our schedule is commercial — property managers, business owners, and facility teams who need work done without shutting down. The same crew builds our residential jobs.

Commercial

Property managers, owners & facility teams

Scope-driven work with a written schedule. We coordinate with your tenants and your landlord, pull the permits, and keep the site clean enough to keep trading.

  • Tenant improvements and white-box build-outs
  • Storefront, entry and overhead door replacement
  • Exterior envelope repair — siding, trim, flashing
  • Structural repair after storm or water damage
  • Punch-list and make-ready work between tenants
Residential

Homeowners across DFW

Additions, remodels and the repairs that come before them. Fixed quote up front, one point of contact, and a crew that shows up when it says it will.

  • Room additions and garage conversions
  • Bathroom and kitchen remodels
  • Door and window replacement
  • Siding, framing, termite and rot repair
  • Major home repair — floors, decks, storm damage
How we work

Three steps. No surprises.

Most contractor complaints come down to price creep and no-shows. The process is built to remove both.

Site walk

We look at actual conditions — not photos — and talk through what you need and what the building will allow.

Written bid & schedule

Itemized price and a start-to-finish schedule. If we open a wall and find something, you hear about it before any extra work happens.

Build & sign-off

One crew lead on site every day. We walk the finished job with you and don't call it done until you do.
